Hello! I wanted to ask about the Ambassador ring. I just wanted to make sure it’s not a rotating exterior/swiveling ring. Also, I realize this is a long shot, but I live in New Orleans, is there any way to obtain more pictures or have the ring shipped to a store nearby to see it in person?

I've seen this ring 4 times over the last 2 months and have noticed the price going up incrementally. Is there a reason for this? I was about to purchase but held off when i noticed it jumped up another $50.
